What's Happening Out There?

The nature of the change that is overtaking the planet at this time involves several processes, among which is the simultaneous fall of the planetary magnetic field strength and the increase of the Shumann frequency. At a higher level of knowledge, the presence of the earth's magnetic field is connected intimately with the delay between focused thought and the manifestation thereof - which also connected to the physiological perception of time. As the field strength drops over time, two things occur. The physiological perception of time becomes such that the time flow begins to appear to increase in rapidity, and secondly the apparent time differential between thought and manifestation decreases, with an accompanying increase in the perception of synchronicity.
The gradually increasing Shumann frequency is assisting the process of manifestation as the overall resonant frequency of the planet boosts the capability of the brain. Whereas the frequency used to be approximately 7.8 cps, it now lies over 8.6 cps. When the frequency reaches 13 cps during the next decade (which will match with the drop of the magnetic field to Zero Point), it will be coincident with the passage of the planet, and all life on it, into a different stage of existence. To the degree that this process is proceeding, planetary power structures are attempting to compensate by increasing electromagnetic, chemical and biological interference with neurological processes (detailed in MATRIX III Volume II) in an attempt to retard the progression of the planetary population in order to maintain control, with which they identify.
