1. Unified Field Theory - Part 23: This specific part of the UF series takes into account the material previously discussed in the biochemistry of life forces, and blends in another type of understanding of the science of alchemy - specifically, the ancient wisdom and modern science of alchemy, in detail. Alchemy is also representative of the human transformative process, and as a conceptual paradigm it is necessary at one point to understand. Books such as “the Red Lion” point out the in’s-and-out’s of using alchemical transformative elixers. This specific chapter in the series goes into these powders and elixers quite heavily. Recommended reading for all those engaged in personal transformation!

2. Media Review - The Issue of Heavy Metals: On page 28 is displayed a recent Feb 7th media article where a rigorous study has proven that lead in the environment causes social disorder. Yet, in subsequent pages, you will find that the very chemicals they use in water fluoridation are heavily contaminated with the same substances they are warning the public against on Feb 7th. Contradiction in social policy? You bet. Caught with their pants down again!

3. A Quick Look At Television Programming: A two-page quick look at the programming underneath the programming on television on one morning in late January, backed up with a recently released media article condemning the socially destructive force that television represents. Yet, like the lead and fluoride issue, the sleeping public fails to act on this one. Treat the symptom (social violence) instead of the cause. That’s the allopathic way to run a society. 4. The Vaccine Reaction - Vol 1 No.5: This specific issue of the VR discusses a number of vital issues. First, scientists in Switzerland have found bird virus contamination in human vaccines, but the FDA and CDC don’t care (because the medical industry depends on the existence of disease for its own existence). Secondly, the scientist that discovered a stealth virus in humans having its origin in the African Green monkey is “suddenly” left fundless, and again the FDA and CDC, in their usual impotent way, stand by and watch people die - the medical system is a premier example of a Malthusian system in progress. Thirdly, this issue points out many of the horrendous things that society is doing to force people to subject their defenseless children to the perils of unscientific vaccination processes.

5. The ET Global Connection - A Lecture By Alex Collier: If you enjoyed the interview we did with Drunvalo Melchizedek in issue #88, you’ll absolutely spin over this piece. With Alex’s permission, we are glad to bring you this extremely fascinating exploration into what may be going on behind the world power structure on this planet, a look at human society, and what may be coming in our linear future. Alex has been a contactee with those who term themselves Andromedans for 31 years. It is not channeled material, but the result of years of face-to-face contact with beings beside which we humans pale in comparison. I absolutely guarantee that you will not easily forget what you read in this piece. 8. An Open Letter to All Participants in Covert Research Projects: A letter from Kathy Kasten sent to us via e-mail, written to Health Secretary Shalala. 10. HAARP Documents: We stormed the government web site on HAARP and secured these documents, which describe the HAARP project in enough technical detail as to give us more insight into their overt activities. For more, read Dr. Nick Begich’s book, and also relate what Alex Collier has to say - quite interesting. There’s always more to this than meets the eye.

11. The CSIRO Report on the Status of Research on the Biological Effects and Safety of Electromagnetic Radiation at Telecommunications Frequencies - Part 3: We present part three of this generally suppressed document, which recently made its way here from Australia. CSIRO is the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization in Australia, who has a staff of 7,000 people, including 3,000 scientists. In this part, CSIRO talks about Teratogenic (fetal damage) effects and other non-thermal effects. Since Clinton signed the new Telecommunications bill removing state and local rights as to placement of communications/cellular/microwave towers operating within the range of human brainwaves and skull resonance, it is material the industry would rather you not know. Despite the fact that the CSIRO report was intended to be made public, one industry-paid consultant, when told that the CSIRO report was out in public, stated “you’re not supposed to know about that report!”. Well, it’s only the beginning of the end for the idiots of the world, isn’t it?

1. Leading Edge Interviews Alex Collier: Subsequent to the publication of Alex Collier’s Dallas lecture in the last issue, we did an interesting interview with Alex in an attempt to probe a little deeper into just what the paradigm was all about. Following this interview is a extract of material from Alex Collier’s January 1996 Lecture on the Mars and the Moon. We just included material that was not redundant, relative to previous material published. Curiously, Alex Collier’s material in LE#89 was the cognitive straw that broke Bob Girard’s mind at Arcturus books, wherein the owner (who never actually reads anything in the Leading Edge, but just goes into reactive mind) decided to vent his regressive tendencies in his attempted description of that issue. After seven years of periodic verbal abuse from this closed-minded individual, we decided to tell Arcturus to take a hike with respect to carrying the LE. Anyway, we (and thousands of other people who can make up their own mind.) found the material quite interesting and worthy of review. Also included at the tail end of the material is a very thought-provoking commentary on the Collier material by Dan Winter. We will continue to pursue more data on this paradigm.

2. Unified Field and Consciousness- Part 24: Internal Alchemy and the Secret of the Golden Flower Meditation: For those of you who are astute practitioners of this most interesting and rewarding discipline, this next chapter of the Unified Field will be a treasure trove of information, including a very thought-provoking scientific analysis of GFM, discussions of internal alchemical processes, as well as those of healing, physical transmutation, age regression/reversal and the the concept of immortality. Also discussed are the subjects of concentration, circulation of energy and breathing techniques. Included at the end are a number of extremely interesting illustrative plates which enhance the material discussed.

3. The Original Patent of David Hudson for Alchemical White Gold: There has been so much interest internationally on the subject of alchemical white gold as a catalyst for physiological transmutation into a higher state of consciousness over the past year, that we thought that the recently acquired patent for his process would be of interest to LE readers. There are a lot of sub-types of monoatomic gold out there which include adequate percentages of rhodium and iridium, so Hudson does not have the corner on the market. In the last issue of the LE, #89, the whole issue was discussed. If you do not have LE#89 and wish to understand what is behind the issue, get it. Invaluable information about this was discussed in the last section of Unified Field and Consciousness, Part 23.

4. The Therapeutic Path of Silence - A Ten Day Retreat to Simplicity: Our friend Bob Banner wrote this piece, which was also published in Perceptions. A very thought provoking description of one if his own journeys in exploration. Bob discusses cultural programming and its robotizing effect on the human psyche - something we all have to contend with - and other meaningful issues concerned with inner exploration.

5. An African Doctor’s Commentary on Primitive American Medicine: This piece was so genuinely funny, and true, that we couldn’t help but include it in this issue. A hilarious look at the real nature of American allopathic medicine.

6. Practical Time Travel - An Interview with Steven Gibbs: We did a double take the first time we read this. You will too. We have long thought that the stream of human history, especially in the 20th century, could not have been the way it is unless somebody is traveling in time and “tweaking” things here and there. This piece just adds to the evidence. Included at the end is a source for further documents, including material by Steven Gibbs on his hyperspacial resonator, for those of you to fell like zapping out on a grid point. Fascinating potential. We sent Montauk author Peter Moon a copy of this, and he also found it quite interesting. You will too.

7. Galactic Connection - Linking Ancient Maya to Star Trek’s 23rd Century: From the recent issue of Perceptions, this piece by Raymond Mardyks is reminescent of Jose Arguelles discussion of the Mayan Galactic Beam and its apparent impact on the human population of the planet. Mardyks opines “by coincidence, Star Trek, that collective projection of the future, begins in the same time frame as the period of galactic synchronization pointed to by the Mayan’s.” Perhaps, of course we will not see it in our lifetime - or will we?

8. The Interview With Richard Hoagland After His D.C. Press Conference: Following the stint at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. in March 1996, where Richard Hoagland attempted to reveal to the media the evidence of artificial structures on the moon, there occurred an interview between Art Bell, Ken Johnston and Hoagland. This is it. We found it quite interesting, in that Hoagland mentions that all the plans, drawings and specifications for the Saturn 5 rocket and the Apollo system (which were built by Project Paperclip Nazi scientists) were recalled by the government soon after the moon mission and destroyed, preventing a “NASA” return to the moon and a further exposure of what lies there. Also, Hoagland discusses the variance between what we are told about the appearance of space and what is actually there. Unfortunately for Hoagland, he is self-admittedly not willing to tell people that the moon itself is an artificial construction. Why? Because he is not ready.

2. A Leading Edge Followup Interview With Alex Collier: This followup interview was conducted on May 5, 1996, and is a continuation of the ongoing inquiry into the nature of the Andromedan paradigm. In this interview, we get into a really interesting discussion of alternate and parallel reality structures, and how these will eventually implode into this one as the dimensional shifting continues. On May 9, 1996, the Andromedans provided Alex with a stern warning on 90% probability relative to events occuring this summer in the United States. You get the original word on this one.

3. A Short History of Good & Evil - And the End of Evil: This whole article arose out of a conversation with Dr. Hall over coffee one morning - one which resulted in the suggestion that he write a short piece for the LE on the subject. This is it, and you will no doubt find much food for thought in this very insightful monograph.

4. A Lecture By Captain Joyce Riley on Gulf War Biological Warfare: This piece is a transcript done of a lecture done by Captain Riley in Houston, Texas. It was so striking and filled with interesting information that it begged for transcription. In it, Riley makes the connection between covert U.S. shipments of biological weapons to Iraq before the Gulf War - weapons which were used on soldiers from 28 countries that consisted of a communicable biological cocktail which would prove to be the subsequent source of many of the “mysterious” diseases arising around the world since 1990. Backing up much of what Riley says, at least in concept, are other documents we located, such as an extract from the Cobden Club memorandum and the 1970 Defense Appropriations Bill, as well as several maps and charts. A stunning combination of material, including an extract from the Report on Biological Materials from Senator Reigle, and more.

5. Earthpulse Flashpoints - Change Agents and Reality Creation: Dr. Nick Begich, author of Angels Don’t Play This HAARP!, was kind enough to let us reprint this piece from the first issue of Earthpulse Flashpoints. A very insightful discussion of society and reality perception that gives is much to think about, relative to what we are being told by the media, and what we see around us.

6. The Psychopharmacology of Fluoride: A scientific report discussing the absorption and entry of fluorides into the brain, acute and chronic fluoride toxicity, case reports on the effect of fluorides and more. Vital data for those interested in the water fluoridation problem, which ultimately requires legislative weaponry, since water fluoridation falls under state police powers allowed by the fact that the state has a chattel mortage on everyone’s body by virtue of the existence of the “birth certificate.”

7. Effect of Fluoride Exposure on Intelligence in Children: In the spirit of our ongoing effort to supply documents from all over the world on important issues, this Chinese research report contains vital data on the effect of fluorides on the brain. Of course, this is the very reason it is used on people - there is no credible scientific evidence not conducted by those with a conflict of interest that demonstrates that fluoride decreases cavities.

8. A Letter from Health Alliance Internation to the American Dental Association: A letter sent to American Dental Association Executive Director John Zapp in April 1996 by researcher George Glasser which addresses the misrepresentation of the fluoride issue by the ADA and the potentials issues involved. References are supplied at the end. As far as we know so far, George has received to reply.

1.The KSEO Interview With Alex Christopher - Author of Pandoras Box I & II: A revealing interview with the author of Pandora’s Box, the book that drove the CIA crazy to the point where they raided the author’s house in 1994. While still “under the gun” the author has managed to continue investigations and has come up with another volume, this time dealing with the underground facilties at Denver International Airport - a project that Ron Brown, recently killed in the airplane crash in Bosnia, was involved with. Also discussed are more relevelations about the nature of the reptilians, a species with whom the author has had first-hand experience.

2.Our Moon’s Forbidden History: More information not released before from Alex Collier and the Andromedan paradigm on the moon, received from him in late June 1996.

3. Andromedan Information on Underground Base Locations: A series of maps of the United States and the World prepared by Leading Edge, based on information received from the Andromedans, who physically placed a finger on all these locations on a map provided by Alex Collier. Both underground facilties and tunnel entrances noted. This is the samer data provided by Alex at his lectures.

4. The May 1995 Lecture by Dulce Construction Engineer Phil Schneider: Phil was murdered in Oregon in January 1996, execution-style, by factions connected with everything he spoke about. Phil’s father was also involved in underground construction, and was apparently present at the Philadelphia Experiment. Schneider talks about underground facilities, black helicopters, Delta forces and Bosnia, railroad cars and shackles, and other delightful topics he had first-hand personal experience with. Schenider was killed for talking about these things six months later.

5. Mind Control and UFOs & A Successful Revolution in Military Affairs: Two very interesting pieces, the first of which is by Alex Constantine, connecting the presence of flying disks, or at least some of them, to hold-overs from World War II Germany and the implementation of mind control venues on the population. The second piece is a hypothetical proposal directed to the U.S. military by the National Security Alumni on how the UFO phenomena can be used to engender social disorder and manipulate the population. Quite a plausible scenario, in view of what is currently transpiring. Also included as an extra piece at the end is a discussion of government-directed extra-judicial punishment.

6. The Interview With Peter Kawaja and ex-NSA Agent Joseph Jordan: We have featured interviews with Peter Kawaja before, and this one extends his material even further. Together with Joe Jordan, the interview includes discussions of the inconsistencies in the Ron Brown plane crash, some of the people who were on board, discussions of the Gulf War Syndrome as part of the Global 2000 de-population plan, the origin of the Persian Gulf bioweapons with U.S. companies, and more.

1. Unified Field & Tachyon-Delton Physics - Part 26: In this installment, part 26 of 30, Dr. Kostas Lambrakis covers Applied Unified Field Energy as related toward healing. Discussed are new models of the brain and body based on both Western and Eastern research, chinese energetic healing, subliminals and details surrounding infra-sound and subharmonics. Scientific investigations into healing phenomena and energy systems are reviewed, with emphasis on intenionality and fields focused by consciousness. A very informative and timely monograph.

2. Toward an Understand of Vaccines - An Iconoclastic Paper: A Russian commentary by Dmitriy Yuryev, who makes the point that the new generation of vaccines do not work because we never understood what made the old ones efficacy plausible. This monograph reviews the entangled political and historical background of this problem, and presents a hypothetical solution which he says promise a cure for AIDS, malaria and perhaps cancer. Although the monograph is pro-vaccine, it provides a very thought-provoking platform upon which Yuryev’s scientific points can be queried and debated by those involved in probing the paradigm of vaccines.

3. The Hidden Agenda Behind HIV and AIDS: Written by Bryan Ellison, author of the generally suppressed work Why We Will Never Win the War On AIDS. This monograph details part of the inside operation of the CDC as related to the HIV paradigm and its interconnection to other agencies, as well as some of the nefarious tactics that occur on an ongoing basis in the medical establishment in an effort to preserve the AIDS industry.

4. The Theory of Evolutionary Process as Unifying Paradigm: A monograph written by Dr. Frank Barr, who attempts to reconcile and weave into a single unified theory the concepts of religion, chance, reality levels, mystical insight, free will, and evolution. It attempts to unite the projective and objective realms of reality, mind and body, freedom and constraint, teleology and reductionism, God and Nature, religion and science, and ancient wisdom and contemporary knowledge. A very challenging piece with profound implications.

5. Book Excerpts: This issue, we were fortunate to be able to reprint selections from two interesting releases. Robert Morning Sky’s new monograph. “The Second Coming Conspiracy”, relates current religious thought relative to the concept of the second coming to his perspective - that a reptilian infrastructure underlies the second coming paradigm. The excerpt we chose was “The Queen”, which goes right to the heart of the matter. William Lynes book “Flying Saucers are Manmade Electrical Machines” was revised in 1995, adding more material and reorganizing the work into an even more cohesive whole. For those who wish a summary of what Bill Lyne is trying to import in his work, we chose his “Synopsis of Facts”, which will give you a good view of his position and help you decide whether to purchase the book. Information is provided so you may acquire both works.

6. Conversations Between Phil Schneider and Alex Christopher: Alex Christopher sent us this brief transcript of information which wa related by Schneider before his untimely murder in January 1996. Accompanying this material were a series of photographs which hint at the reptilian/Draconia hierarchy as related to the Templars and the Queen of England. A look at a drawing of the reptilian patch observed on the clothing of those who abducted Alex Christopher (grays, Draconian humanoids, and German-speaking military in black unforms, all wearing this identifying patch). Curious material, and we follow it with some interesting observations regarding the phenomenon of “vertical pupils” as related in recent advertising. Could it be a form of conditioning for humans? You decide.

7. Leading Edge Charts: In consideration of the political climate and the upcoming elections, we thought we would reprint three charts from MATRIX III Volume II in order to straighten out those who think they know it all about the political and cultural system we live in, with the sythetic reality that depends on public silence and ignorance. Well, this is an opportunity to change that. To complete the whole process of understanding, however, you must read M3V2 - you’ll understand the whole extent of the problem - and the solution at that point. Meanwhile, these charts will provide you with something to think about seriously.

8. Caltech Science Programs - Living Neural Networks and Neurochip Implants: For those who have been following this issue for the last couple of years, this material will be quite meaningful, as they discuss the use of electronic implants to control nerve groups in the brain.

E-Mail Corner: The most interesting and thought provoking material that surfaced as electronic mail to the Leading Edge web site over the last month, including commentary on the announcements of life on other planets and the archaeological developments surrounding the Great Pyramid, as new passageways and tunnels are discovered.

10. Andromedan Paradigm - Points of Interest on Earth’s Moon: A series of maps that Leading Edge has constructed which depict both sides of the moon and the location of underground bases, water sources, tunnel openings and site of ruins, all keyed by a legend.

11. Virus Hybrids and Vaccines - A New Model for AIDS: Dr. Leonard Horowitz, the author of the new book “Emerging Viruses”, provided us with this material. Horowitz does an excellent job in revealing a lot of the behind the scenes activities going on in the biotechnology world. For instance, did you know that a German company has control of thousands of square miles in Africa for biological warfare experiments, and that this same areas is where a lot of these “mysterious viruses” have been appearing? This, and more, can be found in Horowitz’ new book. In this monograph, Horowitz discusses the crux of his book - that these viruses are man-made deliberately released.

1. Unified Field and Physics - Part 27: Cerebral Unification and Internal Acoustics: A good look at this material and you will realize that it has never been released to the public before. 2. Val Valerian Interviews Wendelle C. Stevens: Many of you will recall that Wendelle Stevens was one of the major investigators into the Billy Meier case, as well as the author of dozens of books on extraordinary contact cases between earth humans and other species. He also is the owner of one of the world’s largest collection of UFO photographs, some 3,000 of them. Wendelle came to Yelm during September 1996, and held two lectures and showed slides of many of his photos. Quite an impressive collection. We were able to secure an interview with Wendelle, in which we ask our usual set of questions that no one else seems to ask. We also include several of the more revealing questions and answers from his lecture.

3. The CIA, Drug Trafficking & Other Tales of Woe: A recent article in the San Jose Mercury News on September 21st about activities of the CIA during the administration of George Bush prompted a mass search for like items. Now, the fact that the drug problem in the United States, and many other parts of the world, is due to government trafficking is no big surprise. It has been known and documented for years, with the public standing by in an unconscious state doing nothing about it. The fact that much of the money from this enterprise gets diverted to black projects, mind control programs and the building and maintenance of underground facilties is also known. Here, a collection of articles drives home the point, and even NWO apologist George Will is not left out. We even include pieces from our files, blasts from the past, to drive home the point. The fact that the CIA is involved in world terrorism is also a point which needs to be stressed, since state terrorism is ignored by the controlled press.

4.
