overlooked story, the Turkish press reported last week that CIA Director Porter
Goss went to Ankara recently and informed the Turkish government that Iran
already has nuclear weapons and they should be ready for "a possible US air
operation against Iran and Syria".

New York Times and the Washington Post.

Anti-Terror Bill Expands 1914 Sedition Laws
Proposed extensions to sedition law will shift the focus of the legislation to what people say, rather than the actual outcome of their action, a change that could radically alter the nature of legitimate public debate. The
proposed laws threaten press freedom and publishers, as well as film makers, writers and artists and satirists. The new law would would criminalise any newspaper, radio or television journalist who reported the opinions of terrorists or anyone who sympathised with their cause.
The news laws further undermine freedom of speech, including the right to support national liberation movements fighting to defend their land against foreign military occupations that include Australian forces. Opposing the occupation of Iraq by foreign military forces and actually speaking in favour of the Iraqi insurgency appear to fall within the definition of the new offence.
The US Gulf Coast
Fiasco Dynamic: The Gulf Opportunity Zone Act for 2005 was
signed into law on 21 December 2005 to provide for rebuilding of the Gulf Coast
following the Katrina storm. In reality, 2005 was, according to NOAA and other
weather experts, only the first of several years (7+) of bad hurricane
seasons to come. Since the US Government is aware of the weather
projections, and knows the region will be pummeled every year for the
foreseeable future, it is counting on the fact that most of the population
will either not be aware of future weather projections or doesn't care, and that
this 'momentary band-aid' (which is being thrust forward as a 'Gulf Coast fix')
will 'pacify people for a while'. What the whole Gulf Coast dynamic boils down
to is that it only results in displacement of some people, profits for
others, and will be a continuing drain on the economy as funds are continually
paid to 're-builders' and the Gulf Coast oil industry continues to deteriorate.
The whole dynamic is another one of many 'pointers' to the immanent collapse
of the US, and the planetary economies in the very near future. In truth,
the US Gulf Coast viability is permanently gone, as there will never
be enough time to do enough rebuilding between storm seasons to make a
difference. Examine the contractors who benefit from the rebuilding the Gulf
Coast, who they are, and what relationships they have with the government and
its personnel. Examine the sale and disposition of property in the Gulf Coast,
who buys up the land, and their relationship with corporations or
elements within the power structure. Examine the progression of events in 2006
and 2007 with regard to the region. Examine 'wild card' and/or 'planned' events
which occur during the same period. Observe and take notes.

(R-Ariz.) had implored his colleagues to approve the four-year renewal. If terrorists attack the United States next year, he said in a floor speech, "we will have to answer to that if we don't vote to renew the Patriot Act."
Note: This is a logical fallacy; if so, it will be another inside job (like

grow up, face responsibility, and possibly face the music. Transiting Saturn
reached his Leo Ascendant in September, 2005 and his Mercury and Pluto in
October, 2005. Bush's Pluto is in the same degree in Leo as Cheney's Sun is in
Aquarius. This involves transiting Saturn with Bush's chart at the time of
Libby's arrest. By December, 2005, Bush is likely to encounter more problems
because of Libby and Cheney. Irrational behavior on Bush's part at the end of
January and February as transiting Uranus opposes Mars will likely make matters
worse. He continues to be wounded by association in March as Chiron conjuncts
his seventh house cusp. Saturn is back on his Ascendant, Mercury, and Pluto in
June and July and Chiron opposes his Ascendant once again. This brings more bad
news for him, more accountability, and further problems based on his associates.
Mars is active again in September and October, as progressed Mars conjuncts the
Moon and solar arc Mars squares the Ascendant. An attack on his life is
possible. Further injuries to popularity with the public are likely,
including possible difficulties with his political base.

an amusing and culturally ironic move, the state of California dealt Stanley
"Tookie" Williams what they thought was "the ultimate
punishment" - but in doing so, they ironically allowed 'him' freedom from physical
imprisonment in a body, allowing 'him' to move on to experience new adventures in reality, rather than
imprisoning 'him' within 'his' body in a cell on Earth for additional time. The
entity known in 'his' incarnation as "Tookie" is doing just fine ... and may at some point opt for a
new incarnational experience, after a little R&R. The joke is on the
State of California, which has no clue about the nature of life, physical death
or existence, as well as on all the ignorant 'pro-life' and 'pro-death' factions
involved with the case, who will themselves face their own transition in a few
years as the civilization grinds to an end.

doesn't look like an off-world craft - it's local, with an unusual asymmetric
configuration which features a beam tube on one side and a trough-like
depression on one end. These are low-res copies of the 3.1MP originals. Perhaps
a local alien/military design. I haven't seen this before. By selling the
picture, and for such a high amount, this effectively prevents the Hi-Res from
ever being widely publicly available for analysis, because anyone who is fool
enough to buy it will not want to depreciate the 'investment'. I would say to
the owner: skip the greed, put your copyright on the original hi-res, and make
