Earth spins at fastest rate for
80 years: If it feels to you like the days are getting shorter and
life is getting more and more hectic, I might be able to give you the
reason. Recent data from the International Earth Rotation Service (IERS)
imply that the Earth's rotation is speeding up and that it is spinning
at its fastest rate since 1929. The chart indicates the speed of the
Earth's rotation between the years 1700 and 1997 by showing the length
of the day over the last 297 years compared to the length we expect -
24 hours. This chart shows that the rotation of the Earth speeds up
and slows down in an apparently random fashion.
The
Worldwide United States Campaign To Obtain Impunity Agreements
The USA made
clear in May 2002 when it repudiated its signature of the Rome Statute
that it was embarking on a worldwide campaign to undermine the ability
of the International Criminal Court to exercise its jurisdiction over
nationals of non-states parties accused of genocide, crimes against
humanity or war crimes on the territory of states parties to the Rome
Statute. John R. Bolton, the US Under Secretary for Arms Control and
International Security, is leading this effort, according to a US
State Department spokesperson, Philip Reeker, who added, “We’ll be
working with a number of countries to conclude similar agreements, a
large number of countries”, and added that the impunity agreements
“give us the safeguards we were seeking”.

While researching my book, Hollow Planets (WWW.HollowPlanets.com), I did a lot of thinking about the possibility that advanced civilisations might actually be in or near the Earth. And the book's main thesis was that huge cavities may well exist inside planets and I touched on the possibility that these cavities were inhabited. My conclusion was that there was considerable reason to suppose that not only did such huge cavities exist but there was considerable evidence for the existence of small nuclear stars inside planets which perhaps produce heat, and also generate the mysterious magnetic fields which so many planets have and which baffle scientists.
