Schumann's Resonance's and Vision 2020  We are proposing, along with Pitkanin and Sidorov, that the Schumann resonance (SR) may be the substrate for a radar-type extrasensory perception mechanism common to all living beings. Like water bouncing off of rocks and other submerged objects, this non-specific frequency is absorbed and re-radiated in unique interference patterns by all objects it encounters. This interference pattern is a composite of external and internal properties, as the constituent atoms, molecules and their global assembly all re-transmit this energy according to their specific configurations. Not only that, but the “sounding waves” can be frequency and pattern modulated by conscious intent in order to yield specific information (interference patterns). Decoded by the brain they return almost instantly on the “back” of the Schumann Resonance.

The Domestic Security Enhancement Act  Congressman Ron Paul (R-Tex) told the Washington Times that no member of Congress was allowed to read the first Patriot Act that was passed by the House on October 27, 2001. The first Patriot Act was universally decried by civil libertarians and Constitutional scholars from across the political spectrum. William Safire, while writing for the New York Times, described the first Patriot Act's powers by saying that President Bush was seizing dictatorial control. On February 7, 2003 the Center for Public Integrity, a non-partisan public interest think-tank in DC, revealed the full text of the Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003. The classified document had been leaked to them by an unnamed source inside the Federal government. The document consisted of a 33-page section by section analysis of the accompanying 87-page bill.

Human Auditory System Response to Modulated EM Energy  Using extremely low average power densities of electromagnetic energy, the perception of sounds was induced in normal and deaf humans. The effect was induced several hundred feet from the antenna the instant the transmitter was turned on, and is a function of carrier frequency and modulation. Attempts were made to match the sounds induced by electromagnetic energy and acoustic energy. The closest match occurred when the acoustic amplifier was driven by the rf transmitter's modulator. Peak power density is a critical factor and, with acoustic noise of approximately 80 db, a peak power density of approximately 275 mw / rf is needed to induce the perception at carrier frequencies 125 mc and 1,310 mc. The average power density can be at rf as low as 400 _u_w/cm2. The evidence for the various positive sites of the electromagnetic energy sensor are discussed and locations peripheral to the cochlea are ruled out. 

Influence of Brain EM Fields on Cellular Processes  Biochemical mechanisms of inter- and intra-cellular signal transduction have become increasingly well characterized, stimulated by studies of weak bioeffects from electromagnetic (EM) fields. Interest in possible adverse effects of weak EM fields and radiation from mobile telephones has also given new impetus to EM field effects on cerebral rhythmic emissions. This paper proposes the existence of a mechanism of interaction between mammalian brains and individual cells by direct physical information transfer, and offers supporting experimental evidence.

Hidden Sources of Aspartame in Foods  The science is there. If we have it, so does the government. Aspartame and MSG are poisons. Why are we being exposed to so many poisons in the products we consume? Why do these poisons have government approval? The answers to those questions are exactly as complex as the number of humans involved in developing, producing, marketing, administrating and regulating the poison: The humans who promote or enable the consumption of a poison have their own reasons for doing so. Some do it for an hourly wage; some do it to make their stockholders happy; some do it to reap the benefits of a sick society. 

The Effect of Geophysical Phenomena on Human Health  The possibility that human health is linked with geophysical parameters by way of the naturally occurring Schumann ELF resonant signals is discussed. It is concluded that the frequencies of the human brain-waves, especially that of the alpha-rhythm, evolved in response to these signals, and hence that variations in them can produce health changes. Because of the relationship between these signals and ionospheric, and other, conditions it is also deduced that, unless massive amount of data are used, attempts to establish a relationship between biological effects and ionospheric or geomagnetic parameters will produce confusingly contradictory results, as has happened. As the human system is apparently sensitive to such low-power ELF signals, it is also considered that these links need to be examined closely before any damage is caused by present-day technology.

Synthetic Telepathy and the Early Mind Wars  My work at the time was involved with an AI database for paranormal references (Project Parafile). A second paper was also presented at the Omniversal Symposium, California State College at Sonoma, (September 29, 1973). This was titled "Embryonic Holography," and was an application of "The Holographic Concept of Reality" model. It dealt with biogenesis and neurological regeneration, and included speculation on the origins of cancer, faith healing, psychic surgery and more technical aspects of mind-body energetics. One week after the delivery of that paper, four men came into my place of business, two in suits and two in full Army dress. The two suits held me under close arrest, while the two Army personnel went through my files, pulling anything related to "Embryonic Holography." The paper was rewritten from old notes and memory, but it was not the same. What got this paper classified "top secret" for almost 20 years was that it was critical for the use of Allan Frey's study, and its possible application to mind control. I never was able to draw what was so important in that initial paper until I began researching this paper, more than 24 years later. I will discuss those aspects further into this document.

Schumann's Resonances and Human Psychobiology  "What the Russians are worried about (as they’re trying to explain in badly translated prose from Moscow’s Interfax News Agency) are U.S. plans to begin large-scale scientific experiments using the Alaska-based HAARP in 2003. Ninety Russian deputies signed the appeal against the HAARP program, charging that the experiments “would create weapons capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines and have a negative impact on the mental health of people populating entire regions.”

Subterfuges and Syringes: The Real World of Vaccinations  Vaccination programs in the late 19th and early 20th century decimated the populations of many countries where government sponsored vaccination programs were introduced. Japan suffered 48,000 deaths from smallpox vaccination; England and Wales experienced 45,800 smallpox deaths in a population that was 97% vaccinated against smallpox. Australia and Germany combined with a total of 120,000 deaths from the very smallpox for which they had been vaccinated. European deaths amongst the vaccinated portion of the population totaled 3,000,000. Deaths from smallpox vaccination programs began to decline when a revolt against mandatory vaccination programs emerged from the chaos.

The Business of War  A nearly two-year investigation by the Center for Public Integrity’s International Consortium of Investigative Journalists into the business of war has found that these non-state actors – despite their appearance of being freelancers – have copious connections to intelligence services, multinational corporations, political figures and criminal syndicates in the United States, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa and the Middle East. Often, they work as proxies for national or corporate interests whose involvement is buried under layers of secrecy.

Information Transfer Between Biological Organisms  [Ed Note: Keep in mind that the research is from a body-id perspectives!] In order to understand how experimentally it would be possible to study the role of consciousness in the process of evolution we would like first to propose a hypothesis about the consciousness of the population of living organisms. According to the hypothesis of F. Crick human consciousness arises as biological function from interaction between the neurons of the brain (Crick, 1994). According to hypothesis by V. Norris consciousness is organizing force, which is involved in the process of transmitting, receiving and condensing organization to a common pattern; it is created by information and would act to create information.
